Shipping + Returns


Items ordered and paid for will be shipped within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) unless otherwise specified in the product description.

For Canadian Orders - All orders in Canada receive free shipping on orders over $75 USD. Otherwise, shipping will be at a flat rate of $x.xx CAD per order.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. We ship via Canada Post and Stallion Express for Canadian orders.

For U.S. Orders - All orders in the United States receive free shipping on orders over $75 USD. Otherwise, shipping will be at a flat rate of $x.xx USD per order.

Once your order is marked as shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. We ship via USPS and FedEx for American orders.

Please note that your local governing body may assess any goods imported (by you) for applicable customs, duties, taxes, and charges. It is your responsibility to pay for any duties and taxes.

OHN + ELLA is not responsible for any delivery delays once your package leaves our offices and is with the mail carrier.  

Delays include adverse weather conditions, address errors, or other unforeseen delays related to courier services.

Order Cancellation

At OHN+ ELLA, we work hard to ensure that you receive your botanical bath experience as quickly as possible. Therefore, as soon as payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, the status immediately updates to Processing. Once an order is Processing, it cannot be cancelled or changed.

Order Issues

If you experience issues with your order, such as being delivered damaged products or the wrong items, please contact us at within 48 hours, and we will ensure that we do everything we can to make things right.

Please note that our products are handcrafted with 100% natural ingredients. Because we are using natural ingredients, there will be variations from one batch to another (ex. slight changes in colour). These variations are normal and do not affect the product’s effectiveness, and the product can be used safely within the shelf life listed on the product label.

Lost Orders

If your order shows as delivered in our system, but you have not received your package, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

Refund Policy

Please ensure you are sure you want to proceed with your order before submitting your order. All orders (including pre-order) on are final.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon its receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged. 

Missing an item? Items Damaged in transit? Please provide us with a photo of everything you received in your order, along with the packaging, and we’ll be happy to provide a replacement or refund. 

To request a replacement or refund, you can contact us at with the following:

  • Your Name
  • Order Number
  • Item(s) that were damaged
  • Picture(s) of your damaged products


Once your refund request is approved, we will issue your refund back to the original payment method within five business days. Please be advised that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund back to the original payment method.

Gift Refund

It is not possible to make a return or exchange on a gift received.

Returned-to-Sender & Refused Parcels

Any packages that have been refused or returned to sender will be issued store credit minus initial shipping & return shipping costs, given there was no error made on our part.
