Magnesium Chloride Flakes (Hydrated Magnesium Chloride) are hydrated from the brine of Dead Sea seawater. Magnesium is an essential element for the body and is best absorbed through the skin (rather than by mouth). Magnesium Chloride is beneficial for relieving aches, pains, soreness and stress.
